Course Description:
This course is designed for emergency response personnel who are tasked with entry and command operations during trench collapse emergencies. This course focuses on entry operations, patient removal/ packaging and command operations. It will help identify the amount and type of needed resources, the proper equipment staging & operation areas and the best entry/egress points.
Certification:
This course fulfills selected objectives of NFPA 1006, 1500 and 1670. In addition to OSHA 29 CFR 1926.650, 29 CFR 1926.651, 29 CFR 1926.652.
