Course Description:
This is a 16-hour course designed to meet the requirements of NFPA 600 and OSHA1910.156 requirements for fire brigade leadership training. The course will look closely at supervisory techniques and methodologies, strategies & tactics, and overall incident management and safety. This course is directed at students who are currently or soon to be functioning in a leadership role.
Prerequisite(s):
Prefer 5 years of fire brigade experience as well as prior training in incipient and/or advanced exterior firefighting.
