Course Description:
The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ASCLS) Provider Course is designed for health- care providers who either direct or participate in the resuscitation of a patient, whether in or out of hospital. In this course you will enhance your skills in the treatment of arrest and peri-arrest patients through active participation in a series of simulated cardiopulmonary cases.
Prerequisite(s):
An AHA ACLS Provider Manual is required. This Manual and results of the ACLS course pre- test are required and are the responsibility of the student to obtain. This course follows the most current American Heart Association Guidelines.
