Transcripts

FETA offers two different types of transcripts: training and certification. For further information regarding transcripts, please contact our office at (225) 251-6417(225) 251-6417.

Training Transcript

A training transcript includes any course completion hours that were obtained. The transcript can be requested on an individual basis or a departmental basis using one of the forms below:

Certification Transcript

A certification transcript includes any certifications that the student has obtained through the FETA Certification Department. This can only be requested on an individual basis using the form below:
